* Water needs to circulate for 24-48 hours to get an accurate reading before client treats with chemicals (or if requested, Pools by Sturgeon returns to treat pool)

Auto cover blown off and debris from cover box removed
Final water balance check – customized chemical application based on expected winter water conditions
Plumbing and equipment drained and winterized with antifreeze
Winter safety fittings and chemicals applied
Water level adjusted to protect components
If applicable, installation of winter cover (owner to provide hardware and supplies)

Ambassador Program

Our all-inclusive opening experience ensures your pool is not only functional but swim-ready.

Includes everything in our standard opening PLUS:

Ensure all water features and automation systems are fully operational
Replace O-rings, gauges, and gaskets as needed
Vacuum dirt and debris from the pool
Brush pool walls and scrub the waterline
Skim the pool surface to remove floating debris
Return as needed until water chemistry is balanced
We will perform repairs and replace parts up to $100 without additional authorization to complete the pool start-up efficiently
Includes maintenance and cleaning of system components such as cartridge filters and salt cells
Perform a thorough cleaning of the automatic pool cover
Clean out channel drains, if applicable
Apply WiFi configuration changes and software updates as needed
